To receive medicine from us, join the collective by filling out a basic form and signing a statement saying you agree to be a member. (You can still belong to other collectives if you choose to.) You can print it out here and have it ready the first time we bring your medicine to you. Or we can bring the form to you with your first order.

We will also need to see your authorization. This can be in different forms:

1. California state medical marijuana ID card. These are issued by the counties through their public health departments.

or

2. Doctor's recommendation with phone number we can call to validate. You must show a California driver's license or non-driver's identity card on delivery.

or

3. Medicann ID card

Because we are new, our resources are limited, and in order to give each of our patients the quality of service you deserve, we've limited the area that we drive to: San Jose, Santa Clara, Cupertino, Campbell and Los Gatos.

Since we do not have a storefront, we will bring the medicine to you. Call the number at left to place your order and set up a time for delivery.
